No assistance from complaint submitted to Justine

Yesterday i called justine regards the issue of not receiving my parcel form the post .the reason being the post officer gave my parcel to the wrong person and justine could pick that up on they system that i didn't receive the parcel. Pinky Adams was the one who got the parcel en her Leader is Shado and her manager is Tanja.justine said they will get back to me today morning but they didn't call me back tell me if they tracked this person down .justine has all the details of NS Pinky Adams bt not willing to assit me to track this person down .they expert me to pay them before the 30th of August for goods i didn't receive and they threaten me to put my name in trans-union im highly concern about justine behaviour towards me and very worried about my name being blacklisted for something i didn't receive while they have all the details and can pick up n they system who took the goods. Can they please resolve this matter ASAP because my customers are still waiting for the goods and this reflect me as a bad consultant. I would love them to please assit me en cleary dis account and put dis amount by pinkys account because they can see she was the one who recieved the goods.
