Fantastic Service

My car broke down last wek and I was stranded with no way of getting the car home. I called Edgars as I am a member and they put me in touch with First Road Emergency. I dealth with Jerome Pannel who was absolutely brilliant. He was friendly, helpful and continued to call every 20 minutes until the tow truch arrived. Once we were on our way I received another call to check that I was okay and that we were on our way home. The service was incredible and should I ever need a tow truck again (which I hope I don't) they would be the first company I would call. Many thanks to all the staff that assisted me and especially to Jerome for being so great throughout the whole process!
