Marteeny, be thankful you received good service - but please, don't be naive. Ask yourself, how can one company receive SO MANY complaints - even looking at percentages, at least half of them must be legit. It's the law of averages. You sound like a very rude person by using your. Do not dismiss the complaints off hand (like Global Visas do). Take the time to read the complaints - most of these people have legitimate complaints. Ask yourself - how would you feel if it was your mother, father, sibling or partner that experience the emotional strain and unprofessional service that Global Visas dish out. Everyone makes mistakes - that's granted. But their lack of ownership to such mistakes is disgusting.
Remember, a company like Carte Blanche has carried out their own investigations - they will not report on a if there's nothing to back it up. How would you explain the insiders who actually state how dishonest Global Visas are? How do you explain their lack of correspondence AFTER people have paid? How do you explain the wrong advice?
