The only complaint i have about them is that they dont make an effort to get their discriptions right in order for the product to be allowed in our country through customs.

It ended up that your money is just being "reserved" for payment but if you phone your bank they will tell you that the money actually never left your account.

The only frustration is that you are willing to take this risk and they make the effort of sending the goods. My advise is that they should find out what the regulations are for South Africa and comply, it will be a win/win situation
