Faulty nappies

I normally buy Huggies, but with this pack, every third nappy is faulty. The lining on the inside is super hard (it actually hurts my daughter). Nappies are really expensive and I wish that I didn't have this issue. PLEASE Huggies, help me out with this. I've kept a nappy for you to see what I mean.
