Charging insane fees for cancellations

I am a very unhappy customer!!!

I got a call from Rameez Adams on the 2nd of July about this amazing vouchers that was apparently going to save me money. He said I could cancel if I wanted to and it would take 21 days to cancel. He said they would debit R195 from my account every month, to my surprise they have debited over R300 this month only, so much for saving me money. I have not received anything from them the only thing that just happened was the debits. I called them to cancel and I am told I have to pay over R500 or reduce my contract to 5 months. I wonder if this is allowed by the consumer law.

I am disgusted by the way they conduct business and how they trick people into making more money for themselves.

Do not take that call, its just full of and empty promises and a waste of time and money.
