Bad service from Postal services

Made a phone call to the postal office in Muizenberg this morning 20 July 2013. When asking the person that answered if they can check on a parcel that was sent to me I was asked. "do you have internet connection then you can look it up" I told her that I just phoned and it would be easy for her to tell me if it is there (I have collected a parcel from this office before and it was quickly found)
She then told me no their computers is down and she cannot do this for me. I then told her that there is a big book there and can she just have a look to see if it has arrived, she then asked me where it was coming from and I told her St Lucia, she did not know where StLucia is! She thought it is in PE and told me promptly NO those parcels take 5 to 7 days.
Needlessly I was getting now quite hot under the collar and told her that the previous parcel only took 24 hours.
She then had a look... viola she found it I asked then to speak to the supervisor... she is the supervisor!!! Asheqah Pastor. I then told her that I will have to report this and she was quite indeferant to that.
What is this world coming to?
