Double Deal
Very unhappy

I got a call from dubbel deal promotions and I took the deal more or less on the 14/05/13 and they have deducted money twise from my account and I still haven't gotten my card, I've phoned then numerous of times and every time I phone them and ask for my ticket they say its ready to be couriered and I'm still waiting.don't know why I have to phone them for my card and I think its very unprofessional and they didn't hesitate to take money from my account. I actually wonder if its a real company because that's not how a professional company works!
