I Wrote a complaint on Hello Peter over a month ago

Explaining to you that your people and told me I had won a prize for a competition I had entered.
after a lengthy phone call and too many personal questions I told your company not to bother as you apparently needed my ID number as well as Banking details...
I then after doing very little research found out that many people had been basically conned the same why you had tried to me & your company deducted money out of their bank accounts even though they had asked to cancel their account with your company.

Basically I would like to know where my so called prize is...
& would like to request that you don't have people calling me and then hanging up as soon as I ask them to get to the point of why they are calling me.
I hope this time you will actually respond as, before I simply received a response of
