My car's electical window stopped working, with the window partly open (troublesome in winter) so I went to Neil's Service Centre, who promised to look at it and call me that same day, as soon as it's done. I left the car there (just before 1 o'clock) and was dropped of at work.By 5 o'clock I still had not received any call. When I called, they said they did not have time to look at it, will do it in the morning. So in the mean time I had to make my own transport arrangements. Next morning, still nothing. When I called, they said they closed the window, but that they are still waiting for the quote to replace the part, that they will call me. Still waiting for that call. Got someone to take me there. They charged me R513 for just having closed the window, the problem was not remotely fixed yet. What can I say? Let's just pay. Card machine - apparently it gives problems, but I enter my pin and receive the sms that the transaction went though. But according to them it was declined and I have to pay cash. I then suggested making an electronic transfer the moment I get back to my office, which was not accepted, they would not give me my car before I paid the cash. Will NOT return!
