Dear Sirs

A package containing documents was posted from the UK reference RU069266405GB to Decor Wallpaper Company, 203 President Street, Johannesburg, 2001, South Africa. This package was scanned in Johannesburg on 10 June 2013 reference RI271353134ZA. As of today's date 2 July 2013, this package has not been received. On 2 occasions we have called enquiring for delivery of this particular package which does not have any intrinsic value and have been advised that the container in which the said package is reportedly in, has not been unpacked. In view of the delay and assurances the package will be delivered, one must ask the obvious question - is our post office functional or does it have a deliberate policy of not delivering by hand to essential Johannesburg addresses? You will understand that our patience is exhausted and it will be interesting to note if this is typical of complaints addressed to the South African Post Office (WITSPOS).
