Failure to cancel contract and cease debit orders

I signed a contract in November 2012 for internet marketing for my company, they promised me 10 key words of my choice on the first page of Google after 3 months.

The rep, Nessen Pillay, assured me that their service is better than Google add words, that it will benifit my company, saving costs and giving me more traffic, he said if my 10 keywords did not rank on the first page after 90 days i will get a full money back for the months paid.

They changed my keywords to their own liking without consulting me and they were not what i wanted, and the response after my query was that their keywords was eisier to rank, even though they were not phrases searched for reguraly.

Even these supposed 10 preferred keywords by Ananzi did not rank on the first page after 3 months.

I requested that my contract be cancelled in April 2013 and all money be paid back to me due to them not holding up to their part of the contract and because all my keywords did not rank on the first page after 90 days as promised. Belinda assured me that all is in order and she will cancell the contract with head office based in Durban.

Still every month debit orders are going off against my account!!!
