On 5 Jun 2013, I requested a withdrawal of R100 from my poker account, which they declined to approve. The next day (6 Jun 2013), I requested the total in my account to be withdrawn (R147). They sent an e-mail confirming that my request had been approved and forwarded to the accounts department.

I waited for the required 3 working days, but nothing was reflecting in my account. I asked them for confirmation of my deposit, to which they replied that a confirmation wasn't possible as the funds had been deposited into my credit card account. After reporting this to my bank, they said that Silversands was talking nonsense. So, I sent an e-mail to Silversands insisting that they provide proof of the deposit.

They e-mailed me a confirmation which I believe to be to be a fake for a number of reasons. I tried to phone "nikolov" (sic) who apparently made the deposit, using his number as is, and with the international dialing code for Namibia. Both times I was told that the number didn't exist. I have subsequently written a number of e-mails to them and am yet to get a response.
