Unfair Account ESTIMATES cost a fortune!!

Eskom fails to update our online account and we receive Estimated accounts wich varies between R20 000, 00 to R63 000, 00 and R93 000, 00!!!
Monthly meter readings were submitted since Sept last year. Two months ago they changed our meters to new ones. The new information was never updated online. No readings were submitted.
We are a SCHOOL and how can we possibly afford those variations when our demand stays constant?
Poor customer service and inefficiency is costing the end user tremendous inconvenience. And if we dont pay they cut it off. We dont have a budget this big and we have to call the help of the parents to afford these outrageous bills!
I have sent numerous e-mails to Eskom to request an update of this information to prevent this situation.
Please help us to rectify this problem.
