Signed up for Extreme lifestyle without consent!!

My helper keeps on getting smses from Extreme Lifestyle when she has not signed up for the service at all! It states that her order has been processed successfully.
This is a violation of her privacy, furthermore no opt out provision and the toll free number doesn't work when she calls them to cancel the service.
She is afraid of unauthorized debit orders occurring which seems to have occurred on multiple occasions for other individuals.

Please can someone contact me or her so that she can cancel this service!!!
