Phone goes missing in an Orange Ca

On thursday 17 january 2013, i used a cab from orange cabs to transport me from fourways to greenside for a night out with friends, this was the responsible choice as we had been drinking. in the cab i used my phone multiple time to send texts. when we arrived in greenside we paid the driver and gave a substantial tip, but upon exiting the cab i accidentally left my phone on the back seat of the cab, not one minute after the cab left i realized this had happened and used a friends phone to make contact with the company and they then gave me the cab drivers number, i phone the cab driver and he asked me to wait while he pulled over and then suggested i phone the missing phone so he can find it, attempting to do this the phone rang two rings and then went to voicemail, and from then after went straight to voicemail, i then phoned the cab driver again and he said that there was no phone in the taxi, this is impossible and i find this phone disappearance to be highly unprofessional, mistakes are made, but one should be able to trust a professional company not to /lose property left in the cabs, that sort of mistake comes with the territory of the business.
