Debit from my account without my permision

On the 25/04/2013 my account was debited R349.00/ref-700604, after that transaction i E-mailed my bank regarding that and they didn't respond and when I try to contact them (D Dynamix), no one is answering the phone.again on the 24/05/2013 they debited R99.99/ref700605, again when I'm trying to reach them no one is answering the phone
