Thombo's extremely bad service

In October 2012 Thombco erected a gravestone for my father in Welkom. My mom had been dealing with a gentlemen names Pieter from the Welkom branch. Once my mom went and inspected it she realised that the bibles on the gravestone were not correct as discussed with Pieter. They were supposed to be more slanted and the sides of the bibles were supposed to have pages on them. These ones were standing totally upright and no pages. The part were they wrote my Dads surname had not been done properly and they had sandblasted over the stensils and it looked messy. My mom discussed this with Pieter and he kept telling her that they were very busy. On many occasions he was not present and always out of the office sick. Before December the granite on top of the stone started to move and was falling apart. My mom and I called Tanya at the head office in Kroonstad to find out what they were going to do about it. In May i again contacted her and sent her the photos of how terrible the work looks. She said on the 21st May they would go the the grave and uplift all the pieces that were wrong and fix it. Its now the 24th May and they still have not done this??? when and who will help?
