What have camel cigarettes become???

I have been a camel smoke for the last 5 years, I changed to camel because of the quality they offer, or let's say they used to offer, the last 4 or 5 packets I have bought, have all done the same thing! Everytime I light a cigerette the paper around the tabocco burns, yet the tabocco doesn't!!! I have thrown away plenty of cigerettes totalling up to quite a large sum of money!! This is radiculous and something must be done! I would like to be contact as soon as possible!!!
