False report made about Proto Signs

I refer to a complaint lodged by a Zukiswa Pikoli at 16:24 on Thu 16 May 2013...

This complaint is a blatent and I would like to correct the delusional duo who claim to have been discriminated against!

I witnessed the entire incident and this is how it played out... The two were loitering at the entrance of Proto Signs and when a staff member approached them and asked them whether they needed assistance, they replied by saying that they were looking for signage... The employee told them that the facility is at capacity for 3-4 months at which point the staff member was accused of being rude and turning them away based on skin colour! At this point, the staff member pointed out the irony in the man's statement and walked away from the clearly unstable individual! I don't believe these two had the audacity to try and tarnish a companies name, simply because they didn't explore the correct avenues when it comes to contacting a corporate entity!
