Unfortunately I went to standard bank Bright water commons, and it is still very unsafe at that ATM, as it is in a dark, quiet, lonesome corner of the centre, no security to be seen, and beyond filthy! I then wanted to do my recycling to find the north side of the centre parking blocked with tents and danger tape. I asked a guard how do I get to the recycling, he told me to straight, I said I can't because there is danger tape in my way, he shrugged & left. I eventually found my way, going up a no-entry, one-way little road, almost colliding with other traffic because of this, and, finally I managed to get rid of my recyling. No signage to direct the public where to go, or apology that it is actually temporarily closed, or please use recycling at other end of centre. This is not service! Frustrating for your customers.
