MY TV LICENCE ACCOUNTS

In 2010 i tried to purchase a TV set @ Bears furniture and was told that I have 3 TV licence linked to my ID number, and those 3 account numbers with 3 differents address (all unknown to me) owed 3 different amounts. I called SABC TV lic and the consultant who helped also confirmed these accounts. She therefore requested my details, since then I have been receiving statements and letters of demands.
I then quiried the accounts with them and was told to go to the SAPS and do an affidavit, I faxed the affidavit as per their request and after few months, 2 of the 3 accounts were removed and the one with the highest amount was left active under my name. I have been struggling to clear my name and everytime I call SABC TV Lic, I am requested to do a new affidavit and fax, which I always do. To date, no progress made and I still receiving letters of demand. As a loyal citizen, I am willing to take responsibility of being a TV Lic acc holder but I refuse to inherit an amount that I do know when and how was it accumulated. I belive their records will show the number of times I have been trying to resolve this issue, telephonically and per e-mail.
