Rate n' Date unauthorised subscription fees

For the past 4 Months my company cellphone has been billed for this service which I did not Subscribe to and the [Email Removed] does not work and does not respond to any problems, I am a married man and do not visit these type of sites, I find it unacceptable that a company like this can do this to people, I would to terminate this service immediately, and have all my money refunded. I have attempted to stop this with vodacom but was indicate this company must stop it they cannot.
