The Most incompetent company

I have been receiving FINAL DEMAND SMS's for the last couple of months from this useless company. I have tried phoning about 30 times and sent about 10 emails to try and understand what this "final Demand" is all about. I actually at one point manage to get hold of someone who told me to "Not Worry About it because They wouldnt be able to trace me as they had no addresss for me" so i "dont Have to Pay!!! " I told her if i was indeed liable for the account i WANTED to pay it. Im at my wits end i dont know what to do anymore as i have apparently now been blacklisted thanks to these useless stupid excuses of a business.
