Unreachable Bullies

I have been trying since September last year (2012) to reach these people, with no success. I call their telephone number, jump through the automated hoops and when I select to speak to a representative, the phone is dead. I have sent them faxes, emails, sms' and short of smoke signals they continue to harass me about a TV licence for a television that I no longer have. I have informed the SABC and they are just like Jo'burg connect. I sit on the phone for 45minutes, then get shuffled from pillar to post. This is the last resort and the last attempt I am making to reach you people. Now read carefully, I NO LONGER HAVE A TELEVISION. I HAVE INFORMED THE RELEVANT PARTIES. STOP HARASSING ME, OR I WILL SUE YOU!
