Poor listening skills

I was summonsed by Schuleborg attorneys as per jihan benade for outstanding money owed.the first amount I refuse to pay as my medical aid is paying that claims through in hospital benefits.the other two amounts which is R1230.20is the amount I owe johan benade and I went three months for consultations why didn't he notify me the second time I was there listen Mr Koekemoer your medical aid isn't paying your visits can we arrange payment now almost a year down the line I suddenly get a summons and the staff is ver rude and demanding at Schulenborg attorneys about payment. Thats not the way to treat any person and they don't even listen or want to reason with me they must try to itc my name then we will take it further im not a dog treat me the way you want to be treated.
