This is the second time that I receive a sms from RL Daly attorney that my Edgars account is overdue and that if I do not pay immdediately that legal action will be taken against me.

So I phone them and guess what they are looking for a Mr Tshabala and previously they were looking for a Mr Hare. And me I am Miss van der Merwe - you spot the mistake

Previously I had to wait three weeks and lots of phone calls to obtain an apologiy letter from them.

What does it take for them to make 100% sure of the details before they send out the sms... surely they have spoken to the clients to try and obtain payment

THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE
