Ental deposit not paid back

I rented my house out threw legal sure, I then moved to Remax properties. Rudi never paid the deposit back to me so I can give it to Remax properties. I gave him a letter stating I will not make use of his services anymore. And it is 6months later now and I still did not get the deposit back
