Lying staff costs me money

I have been handed over to the above mentioned company for a bad debt. These leeches charge a shut load of interest, receipting fees, and for phone calls (which they cut off before I can answer) that after already paying them more than the original Amount, I now owe them the original amount again! The consultants are liars who gave me a bunch of promising me a reduction on the balance owed if a pay a certain Amt. I kept to my part of the deal, only for these bloodsuckers to try and extort more money from me.

What do I do in an instance like this. I tried talking to other consultants who can't do anything or rather don't wanna do anything.their voices actually kinda dare me to want to go to a consumer commission.
