Payment made on 25th July 2013, up until to date i have not received any confirmation that the payment has been allocated. I asked for a statement from the time it was handed to MBD in order to match up my payments, all i receive is a balance breakdown. MBD keeps on sending the balance breakdon, and only this past Saturday 23/11/2013, i get told that i am being charged for these breakdowns, which i dont want. Also, I received a breakdown on the 21 August 2013, a balance of R2511.76 and another R2146.10 on the 18/11/2013 but a payment of R1000.00 was received on the 3 Sep 2013. So how much interest are you charging? and why am i not getting the full statements and confirmations.
