Here we go again

About 15 years or more ago I got into trouble with Standard Bank & couldn't pay my account. About 2 yrs ago we went through the same harassing tactics from MBD and I got nowhere with them until I used Hello Peter. MBD eventually sent me a response that they have closed my account. Now they have started again, about the same Standard Bank account. MBD can't even say when any purchases were made, or when the SB account was closed. I suspect that they have been suckered by SB into buying the account for a small percentage & have not checked how old it is. As far as I know there is a 3 yr prescription period. I am going to make enquiries about suing MBD now for harassment.
