No graspe of the law, shameful lawyering

We were contacted by the JM Attorneys call center about a contract that we had with cell C over 5 years ago. the contract being a cell phone contract lasped in 2009. we were informed by JM attorneys that this matter has only been handed over this month, being October 2013.

I am appalled that lawyers aspirant or admitted would fail to adhere to one of the fundamentals of our legal system.

we have sent 3 emails since our conversation with your consultant requesting the contract to which you claim we are allegedly liable.

we have had no response to date.

we would assume that as a lawyer a certain amount of care and diligence is required when building the foundation of once case and that essential documentation is kept readily available.

I require an email address and contact details of senior staff to deal with this matter as it is clear that your class centre is inadequate.
