INDENTITY -MTN CONTRACT / SHAIPRO SHEIKH

I have just recently discovery that I have been a victim of identity, I am the director of a well established business in Rustenburg and my Identity has been used to open a MTN contract on my personal name.
Shapiro Sheikh attorneys have contacted me on the 12/08/2013 advising that I have oustanding debt on an MTN contract which has been handed over.
I advised the caller-rep and via -email that I have never taken an MTN contract on my personal name (I've sent affidavits and my id copy per there request of dispute) but they continue to demand the debt from me without proving me any further information.(I have also not received a statement from mtn). I also advised them the physical address of the contract is showing as "fords burg-Johannesburg" whereas I reside in Rustenburg.
I urgently request some assistance regarding the matter as it seems my life has now been turned upside and I am treated like a criminal.
