NO RESPOND BACK from THEM

Ef no: ABS/732278/13 i receive a call from them they offer me 50% birthday to settle my absa credit card, i still havent receive nor a settlement letter from them or an update sent to the credit bereau as this is affectiing my profile, i cannot apply whereas i have paid in full. how come . im not happy about this.
