Hello

Received sms amd calls regarding a Virgin Active account. I had a membership a few years ago, but I can't remember whether I owed money on this membership.

Nonetheless, I have the right to raise the defence of "prescription" as I have have not paid or acknowledged the debt for more than 3 years and no judgment has been taken. Legally, I am refusing to pay off the debt.
