Continuous Harrassment & Identity

MBD have hounded me continuously looking for a certain person. Every time I tell them that I am not that person nor do I know who they are looking for. I eventually lost my cool with the caller centre operator & requested more info. It turns out that they are a debt collector & were collecting on behalf of Miladys. This person had opened an account using my ID no. Firstly how did Milady's open the account with the wrong person standing before them. Secondly they not only had my ID no but also my telehone numbers & even an email address that was only opened a few years ago & was not even operational when the account was opened. I was told to provide an affidavit & a certified copy of my ID. This I did & have not heard another word from MBD. I have tried calling & I get given false telephone no's by the operators. I have seen on Hellopeter that this company even hands over people who have had their identity's without a 2nd thought & it then costs these innocent people time & money to try to clear their name. I want answers & to speak to somebody who has some title in the company else I will be going viral. I even did their work for them & found the culprit but they are quiet.
