Being charged for legal fees

I took up a loan with [URL Removed] and I couldn't pay of the loan for some months due to financial problems but then I paid it off and then yesterday Landau Attorneys sent one of their people to come and talk to me and show me papers of the money still owed to [URL Removed] of which I had paid and settled, he then confirmed it with Jacque but then he then told me that there are legal fees that I ave to pay and I told him that I was never told of any legal fees that I have to pay and if they had told me I would have paid them. I tried calling the office after the guy has left but after countless times of trying it didn't go through (011 488 2424), I then sent an email to [Email Removed] and still today I had not been replied and I still tried calling again still the number doesn't go through. I would like to settle the matter with them because even as is I do not have the money they want and I can't pay for something I was never told about.
