Cancelled service being billed for a year

We Buntu foods ave canceled our services a year and a half back, have emailed cancellations and they continue to bill me and insist i pay for a service i have in-house. They are affecting my business and its reputation.

We are being ignored and they insist we pay for it even if we dot need it, they dont care and they have emails and recordings as they always share that they record calls
