POPUP ADVERTS that WASTE TIME and DATA Bundle

Every time I go into a web site I am harassed by POP UP Advertising even while I was trying to apply for work on the web I cannot complete the application form because each time I place my cursor on the word APPLY another POP UP advert appears.

Not only is this very frustrating but it is preventing me from applying for employment that I am in need of - this is my potential income that is being hindered. Will GOOGLE support me? The answer is simply NO.

I am most annoyed because all these POP UP adverts are WASTING my TIME and costing me DATA Bundles that I can least afford to waste.

How many million other users are being exploited in this manner - i did manage to switch off POP UP Adverts in the Google Setting at one time but this has not prevented the re-occurrence of the problem and there no longer appears to be a means of disabling POP UP Adverts.

I am at my wits end!
