Ripped off by Interface

I paid Interface R2280.00 advance on the 19th of September 2013 and they promised me that I will be live on Google after 21 working days, but two months down the line I still waited upon them to give me service. They suspended my account for non-payment after being live for a week, from the 5th of December 2013. My website is also suspended; technically they ripped me off! They promised to put my business on first page of google, then decided to allocate only R5.00 per day on Google and the rest of the budget to some online news network. when the consultant came to me I was clear to him about my advertising needs, I needed a web presence on Google, nothing more. I am very disappointed at Interface, they took me for granted, the whole time I had to run after them for the service I paid for, they were not willing to assist me, everytime they promise to come back to me to no avail, I feel right now!
