BAD SERVICE

Back Up for every company is important, I thought that Iron Tree will be capable of handling my company's back up, I was wrong, I am also using their Panda system, well we had a virus and the Panda system show's virus free!!! I am paying for 10GB and yet they only back up our pastel which is on the server but not any other docs on the server, I was told this morning by a very incompetent person that is what I asked for, yet he did not go back and listened to the tape!!! Their directors are the usual and in "a meeting and will get back to me by 1?? It is now 13h00. Honestly don't think this company is capable of handling external back up!
