I purchased a Thunderbird Aircraft Fighting Steel 1049-02 Watch from VIP Club on the 18th of July 2013, the order stated that you get a 2 year guarantee card and a manual with your order, I did not. I made contact with VIP Club on: [Email Removed] where they told me that they had a break in on their premises and I must contact Thunderbird themselves. I paid for my order and just want my guarantee card and manual without any attitude and empty promises. I am struggling and no one seems to care, they just ignore me now.
