Ripped off

I purchased a "deal" from City Slicker which was advertised as the perfect honeymoon escape at the "exceptional Le Bac Estates for R1299"

The pictures looked amazing and the deal sounded great. This is completely misleading and a rip off!
The tiny little bed room consisted of single beds pushed together, a bathroom with a shower and toilet practically next to the bed with only a half glass partition separating the two. My romantic weekend was anything but!

There was a tiny little 14" tv on top of the cupboard that you have to strain your eyes to watch. The food was bad and the little 500ml bottle of wine didn't make up for it.

I bought this as a birthday present for my boyfriend. We only stayed one night. It was all hellava disappointing and I feel completely ripped off. I emailed city slicker customer service about this but have received no reply.
