Good day

I needed to send my bother who has cancer, flowers to let him know we are thinking of him. I was feeling very frustrated with the netflorist site, so I phoned their call centre for help.

Devin was great, he managed to recommend flowers, took down my order in less than 5 minutes, so much for technology, still cannot replace the human touch.
