Upgraded to a brand new iPhone 5 on Friday and inserted the SIM incorrectly, resulting in it getting stuck. Went to the Clearwater iStore and Matthew Hill spent ages trying to retrieve it, without luck. Went back on Saturday morning to send it in for repairs and Matthew again volunteered to retrieve it, with success this time. Matthew is a great ambassador for Apple and the iStore brand. Thanks Matthew for outstanding service... and perseverience!!!
