Book appointments - NEVER arrives!

I called Chris at Active around 9am on Saturday morning, requesting a service at my home. I specifically asked if they can help me being a Saturday, and Chris confirmed that they could however they would only arrive around 1pm. I tried calling them again around 11am to confirm and make arrangements for entering my premises only to find that they're not picking up their phones, listening to voicemail telling me to be persistent and try to call back in 5 minutes. I did this every 10 minutes until 4pm!!! I ultimately did get through and spoke to a guy (not Chris) who said he will get Chris to call me back immediately. Guess what!? He NEVER DID! How do you make an appointment to render a service and then just don't pitch? Clearly you don't want the business, in which case why waste my time and say yes in the first place. This is poor service to say the least and had costed me two days in time as I could not phone an alternative service provider in time to help me. I will make sure you never get any business from me or my friends or family again!
