This is the second time i have placed an order with Garmin and Neil has been exceptional on both occasions, he has helped, queried and gone out of his way to try and resolve problems, he is an asset to your company, he does not just leave the problem he follows it through.
I wish there were more people in sales that were as efficient as him it would be an absolute pleasure doing business on line.
