Almost a year to repair a TV???

We took our Samsung 32" LCD TV in for a quote to have it repaired on 13/04/2013. Teldon did not contact us to let us know how much it will cost to have it repaired, and eventually we went there to find out. They told us they would look into it and we told them we want the TV back. They said they still had to put it back together, and we told them to deliver it as soon as it's done, because we don't want them to repair it anymore. The brought the TV without our stand, and we told them to take it back and bring it with the stand, as we cannot store it like that. On the 25/11/2013 we called, and spoke to Henry who said he will investigate and get back to us. Up to now we have not received any feedback, and our TV is still not back. I WANT MY TV BACK OR PAYMENT IF THEY LOST IT, THIS IS A COMPANY WHO TAKES YOU FOR A RIDE, DO NOT SUPPORT THEM!!! THEY ARE BAD NEWS! LET'S SEE IF THEY RESPOND THIS TIME...
