Incompetent, frustrating and time wasting service

Electronics and household app.

Hi,

I have a Samsung Galaxy S2. For some reason some of the photos on my SD card were not being recognised while other photos on the SD card were. Also the existing gallery on the phone would not show me any pictures.

I visited the Gateway Samsung store on 18/01/2014 around 13:30 and explained the above. I was told the time to fix the phone would take 45 minutes at most. I had to sign a document and stay in the store while it was being fixed. The service guy would also attend to other customers leaving my request to gain dust. About TWO hours later my phone returned with the problem worse off than when I handed it in. The guy (Siya), had loaded other customers pictures to my phone. I also now could not view any pics from the SD card at all, even via the file system. All the important voice recordings all had the same date now as well.

Eventually at about 17:10, more than THREE hours later and after being stuck in this store, the guy returned my phone with my photos and the problem being worse off than it was. This is utter incompetence and bad service. If you cannot service your own products properly do not offer the service and aggravate your customer. This problem is unresolved
