Stacking Kit

I've been trying to get a part, a stacking kit for the past 4 weeks, I've called Woodmead, your call centre, Hirshs, everywhere I could think of and still nothing!!! I even wrote to the CEO as per your banner ad on Monday and so much for that - still no reponse, it seems thats the way things operate at Samsung, no one gives a.

All I want is for someone to tell me where I can get this or offer some solution, it is on your website, I even have the screenshot of it but no-one knows anything about it. Please can someone help me, please I'm so desperate. Its called a stacking kit, [Part no. SK-DH / SK-DA] it allows you to stack your tumble dryer over your washing machine and no-one can tell me.

I have to say I will never buy a samsung product again - no-one seems to know anything about the products they sell!!! Poor poor customer service.
